15.01.2022 Up for inspection Friday few little hiccups along the way (gotta love council). On track to be passed off, fit stair treds & she's all done. Once its passed as a shed, onto the next stage making it a dwelling. Few hoops to jump through... nothing this chicken can't handle
12.01.2022 Failed & passed in the same day. Seriously though, just up the stairs is all they wanted... ps. Temporary landing/stairs. Once it becomes a dwelling, there will be a 4x2 deck installed.
