19.01.2022 New cooking video up. It's longer than the others but the dish is our absolute fave. It's a tortellini/ dumpling Arabic soup and I can't explain the joy that comes from making and eating it.

15.01.2022 SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: It's been an amazing five years with my food trailer, but this time has allowed me to reflect on what I want for the future. As a result, my food trailer has now been sold so Meast will no longer be doing public events for the foreseeable future. Never fear though, I am working on some exciting new projects and will still be doing private catering and cooking classes, which can be done at your home with a group of people. 14.01.2022 We will be conducting an interactive online cooking class via Zoom this Saturday. It will go for an hour and a half and we will be making: - mahloube bizela (upside down rice with peas and beef mince) - labne (yoghurt cheese dip - you'll need a cheesecloth or white teatowel) - Pickled cauliflower All these items are gluten free.... Cost of class is $15 or $20 (whichever you can afford). Payment via paypal.me/coronaviruscookbook or you can message for direct debit. You can take notes or if you'd like to cook along with me I can send you the ingredients you'll need. 10.01.2022 Morning all! Ive been brainstorming hard on how to create an income during this time. A few friends suggested I conduct some online cooking classes and people can pay as they feel it's worth (suggested donation amount of $10). Just want to gauge everyone's interest and availability. If you could spare 30 seconds to fill out this form to register your interest and I will be able to get back to you on confirmed dates and menu. The classes will be interactive via Zoom and will ...go for about an hour and a half, creating between 2-3 dishes depending on their complexity. You can watch and take notes while I cook or I can pre-send the ingredients list so you can cook along with me. Full recipes will be emailed after the class. 09.01.2022 WAtoday.com.au asked me to comment about the councils working together to provide reduced and standardised fees for mobile food vendors. While we are no longer trading with our food trailer, we welcome and support this change for our food vendor friends :)

05.01.2022 Since things are starting to reopen we have stopped doing home deliveries. However, we will still be doing our Online Cooking Classes (next one will be Sat June 13th at 10,30am). Our ebooks are still available for purchase on www.meast.com.au. The recipes are simple but delicious. :)
