08.01.2022 Food Inspo Friday!! If you're a fan of our perri-perri chicken, you'll love this! Create your own winter warmer with a perri-perri pasta.... All you need is: Meat @ The Mezz Perri-Perri Chicken (breast or thigh) Pasta of your choice Cream Vegetables of your choice - spinach is great! Cheese (optional) Set your pasta to boil, while cutting up and pan frying your chicken. Combine the chicken (and the marinade from the pan) in with your cooked pasta, adding cream and any veggies you like! To make an already delicious meal even more scrumptious (hard I know) pop the pasta in a baking dish topped with mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven until melted. YUM!!
