09.01.2022 Turkey. We just added a link in our stories to a great vid from @traegergrills outlining the differences between a wet brine & dry brine method for preparing your turkey. Brining your turkey really is the way to go but how you brine is up to you. It’s not hard. It just requires planning ahead & plenty refrigerated storage space. It’s not like you can leave a turkey outside in a bucket in a QLD Summer

There's nothing worse than the stress of trying something new on the big day and then it taking longer than you though. We have some great rolled pork roasts in store at the moment. 09.01.2022 There’s a reason our Butter Chicken Sausages have won so many awards. THEY’RE BLOODY DELICIOUS!! It’s easy to forget that sausages can be so much more than just ‘sausages’ too! Our different flavours really do encourage creativity & open up lots of options for meal time. Just remove the casings & roll into meatballs for a pasta or even an Asian flavoured soup, use as a sausage roll filling, dumpling filling etc...... Later this week we’ll be posting a recipe that uses our Butter Chicken Sausages as the base. I insist you try this one. It is incredibly simple & has bright, clean flavours. It seems a little different than usual. It's looking like the predictions were correct and we're seeing a major increase in the number of Christmas orders being placed much earlier than usual.... We never want to disappoint anyone so we've done all we can to ensure that we're adequately stocked up on all of your favourite Christmas items. However, we would like to take this moment to clearly say that our recommendation is to get your orders in earlier than you might normally. That is, if you have your heart set on something in particular & will be gutted if you miss out.

We have it available in 2 lengths at our Ashgrove store- 65ft and 150ft. It’s perfect for wrapping your BBQ’d meat while it rests. The paper allows the air to circulate around the meat so you don’t loose the lovely crust. But also has tonnes of other uses too.

It’s already sealed, labeled and dated Today me was thanking last week me for being organized enough to place my own home delivery order to stock my freezer. 1kg free range chicken thighs. These went straight into the freezer last week. Pulled them out Monday morning. ... 500g will be going into a green chicken curry. The other 500g will be slow cooked in the oven marinated in fresh herbs, garlic, lemon & olive oil that we’ll eat with roast veges or salad. 2 nights worth of meals sorted Thank you me.
