09.01.2022 We’re bringing the meat back - and we want you! Meatmaiden reopens for dinner from Nov 4 and we’re on the hunt for a superstar behind the bar and some outstanding floor staff. We're a 125-seat basement steakhouse & smokehouse, but will be operating at reduced capacity with a small team, so experience and professionalism are both vital. ... You'll need preferably two years in fine-dining restaurants or fast-paced casual venues FOH floor positions will offer up to 25 hours a week initially, before restrictions ease The BAR position will be what you make of it. There’s creative involvement in our drinks menus - which follow our themes and cover both classic and quirky - stock control and ordering and plenty of scope to flex your muscles. Depending on the candidate, this will be either a casual position offering 30+ hours a week or a full-time position.
