18.01.2022 Me: Energetic, Honest, Goofy Sascha is our resident Musical Theatre star. She recently left Oz to study at the prestigious American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City! Known for her high-energy classes, Sascha is unapologetically herself and encourages you to own your imperfections, as she will often make her own mistakes too. Getting tongue-tied, singing her cues and often (accidentally) bumping into equipment are all welcomed elements of Sascha’s teaching t...hat she would rather make a joke out of than cover up. Sascha believes fitness is for everyone regardless of your technical level or experience, and that stumbling and struggling along the way are all part of improving over time. Seriously injuring her ankle six years ago and told she would never dance professionally again, she credits hard work, determination and her steely attitude with proving them wrong! Sascha is a vegetarian of 10 years and loves discovering new recipes, especially from different cultures. Of Polish and Hungarian heritage, she often experiments with turning her favourite traditional family meals vego so she can still enjoy them today.
