25.01.2022 Another fabrication for ER Production in double quick time. These are to enable a doughty clamp to connect to the ER Kinekts. The pictures show our welding production line for the aluminium stand-off bracket, the laser cut stainless steel plate to mount the ER Kinekts and the first completed prototype. From design to supply in under 5 working days..... The show must go on.

23.01.2022 Another stunning show by ER Productions using modified laserblades with the new designed end yokes supplied by Mechanical & Ferrous Ltd. 80 off yokes designed and manufactured in 10 days to meet ER Productions deadline.

19.01.2022 Our customer required a copper connection ferrule on the quick but could only supply a burnt sample as there were no drawings available. This item was manufactured and returned in 24hrs.

19.01.2022 This bespoke item has been designed and manufactured from scratch for ER Productions. It will allow more adjustment and secure fixing on all their laser blades. Made from aluminium with a hard black anodise surface finish.

11.01.2022 Just achieved a 3 day turnaround for 20 off aluminium brackets for ER Productions. Designed, fabricated and finished in black satin powder coat, all in time for Audi's launch day in Milan in a couple of days time.

05.01.2022 Straight in and back out on tour .....24 new Smoke Filled Bubble Machines with bespoke flying Frames and additional drip trays courtesy of our friends over at M...echanical and Ferrous Ltd. Each frame can be hung and/or rigged on top of truss with the base mount. These machines can produce 6000 Smoke Filled Bubbles per minute. 04.01.2022 At Mechanical & Ferrous Ltd we have the ability to work with other materials. Our customer asked us to manufacture a fire surround but didn't want to obscure the finish of the wood burner. We designed and supplied 12 mm thick toughened glass with a fabricated stainless steel black powder coated supporting structure.
