Winterhalter have a great range of warewashers and accessories (racks, chemicals etc) which are all available from our shop in Burnett Street, North Hobart. Everything for every commercial kitchen too :-)

21.01.2022 Bilton Lodge is a supported accommodation facility in Claremont managed by Anglicare. It offers safe, long-term communal housing for people who were homeless. We recently installed a Unox XEVC-1011-EPRM oven at Bilton Lodge. The first image shows part-time chef Shane Rayner about to enjoy cooking in the new instal :-)

21.01.2022 My second attempt at Kumquat Jam was as big a failure as the first :-( I now have 15 jars of delicious citrus sauce... it's going to be perfect with steamed pudding, but not so great on toast. I've googled why it didn't set and I can take my pick from at least 4 errors. Ah well - live and learn . (Kumquats were frozen this time - couldn't determine if this was a problem?) What's something that you've struggled with in the kitchen?
