21.01.2022 I attended an informative seminar yesterday by Metagenics on the complex subject of Weight Loss, it is not always easy to do and everyone is different, I have some great resources to help support people who are struggling with this as its not just one thing you need to look at there are multiple things including diet, exercise, stress and the nervous system, biological conditions including hormonal and thyroid issues. I make up specific herbal blends to suit a persons needs, I also makes herbal creams for different skin issues including eczema and psoriasis, shingles & acne. 19.01.2022 As of yesterday I became the owner of Nelson Bay Health Foods.....A great little shop that has been in the Bay for over 20 years. June who has had the shop for just over 16yrs has retired and will be missed! 10.01.2022 I have been packaging my own herbal teas, these are a couple of samples available. The Organic Japanese Green tea is lovely, it has a very light flavour and full of antioxidants! I also have a nice tasting Organic Detox tea! I use many of these with clients who come to see me with problems with their digestive system including reflux, bowel issues ie chronic constipation, bloating & colic. Digestive herbs like gentian and dandelion root work well to stimulate the whole digestive process with marshmallow root, slippery elm and meadowsweet easing symptoms like acid reflux.
