24.01.2022 My beautiful mama got her Angel wings last night. Before she passed, I asked what her symbol would be for me to know she was around and she decided on a Willy wagtail. This morning when we arrived at her house, a willy wagtail was sitting on the fence post. It stayed till I got out of the car and took this pic. It has been listened to 470,000 times and has a 4.6star rating. Kids love it ... and so do parents because it puts to sleep even the most "difficult to get to sleep" child.

22.01.2022 It is nearly 2021... the year of radical change. I thought to myself, it's time to do an audit of my business achievements, and then dream of what next :) i...n 1984, had the courage to follow an alternate destiny and discover how to see inside people's bodies (later known as medical intuition) owned and operated a secretarial bureau in the Brisbane CBD for 5 years failed at 10 multi-level marketing businesses (I call this an achievement because I didn't give up after a couple of goes) appeared on 4 episodes of the TV show "The Extraordinary" which aired in 22 countries around the world became recognised as an international medical intuitive founded a charity Angel Parts - to help people who lost a body part live with dignity built my first website in 2006 and reached Page 1 of Google and stayed there for my main keyword - have built many more websites since then and taught others to build theirs in a recording studio, recorded and manufactured a meditation CD - Before After Surgery Toolbox - and published an eBook to go with it. 1000 copies - sold out. wrote and published a spiritual parable, "Maggie" by the date I set in my intention - pre-sales paid for the manufacturing costs of 100 copies. Sold out. rebranded and published this book as The Making of a Leader. designed and manufactured an oracle card deck + book - AreekeerA Celestial Guidance Oracle - 100 copies - sold out. rebranded the oracle card deck, ran a successful Kickstarter campaign and manufactured 500 decks - approx. 50 left. created a healing modality AreekeerA which was accredited by the International Institute of Complementary Therapies (IICT). It includes 50 healing templates - I've graduated 3 practitioners and taught 70+ students the templates recorded 5 more professionally audio-engineered meditations - which are on the Insight Timer app - they've had 773,000 listens and one is currently featured on the home page of the app created and hosted the Heal Me Radio show with CBS Radio and Sky Radio in the US wrote and published a non-fiction book about my healing modality - AreekeerA Vibration - rebranded to The Art of Self-Healing. Ongoing sales through my website, IngramSpark and online book depositories. contributing author of 4 multi-author books - 2 x Amazon International Best Sellers recorded an audio book of AreekeerA Vibration in my voice facilitated 120+ participants through transformational retreats - in person and on zoom trained to be a copywriter with the best mentors in Australia (I thought I wanted to make a career change LOL - that wasn't going to happen apparently) spoken from stage over 50 times interviewed locally and internationally 30+ times won the Our Internet Secrets Business Builder Award edited 6 business books + editor of the Forde Inquiry into the Abuse of Children in Orphanages report built an online academy of training programs - 3 times my meditations have been translated into Mandarin and are sold on the NOW app in China YouTube channel with over 70 videos fractal artist + acrylic & water colour artist business coach and mentor I am sitting here thinking ... what do I want to do next??? It just dropped in ... I'll start a podcast :) ... I haven't done that yet. Stay tuned ... LOL. Planning in progress already. And maybe write another book about my experiences ... what do you think?

18.01.2022 I listened to Russell Brand last night on instagram and he said, "I am a drug addict right. I am craving the feeling of transcendence... And I can't really tric...k myself into going 'don't worry about old transcendence there'... I love the feeling of being shut down. I love the oblivion." So, I looked up the meaning of transcendence ... /trnsnd()ns,transnd()ns/ noun existence or experience beyond the normal or physical level. "the possibility of spiritual transcendence in the modern world" Even as a teenager ... when I didn't know anything except my own experience of metaphysics, transcendence and spirituality ... I would ask questions of anyone who would listen, "Why do you take drugs?" And there was a lot around in the 1970s. My curiosity was strong. I wanted to know why people thought they had to take drugs to experience transcendence. I said, "Isn't that a waste of money when you can just have the experiences without drugs or risk!" You guessed it, the reply was always ... "No, I can't." I would think, um ... yes, you can. Can you imagine that, even though you are in the centre of a concrete building, meditating with your eyes open ... all the walls dissolve around you and you can see everything outside - the trees, the stars, the neighbours houses. And even blinking your eyes, doesn't bring the walls back. Can you imagine lying on your bed in the middle of the day ... and opening your eyes to see your ceiling has completely disappeared. You can see the side walls, but no roof and you are looking into the black void of the universe. And then gold symbols rain down on you through this space into your body. And, when the last symbol lands, that 10 day migraine you had, instantly disappears. {BTW this was the day I was told the name of my work is AreekeerA) Can you imagine being woken in your home just before dawn to loud music playing and a man with swirling coloured lights in all his chakra centres standing in your doorway tapping a nun chukka, staring at you. And he seems shocked that you can see him. Can you imagine getting angry and pushing your hand into his face to find he dissolves instantly. Can you imagine seeing a big white Cadillac with red leather seats drive into your driveway with an inch to spare on either side. And a man in the exact image of Akiane Kramarik's stolen Jesus painting (20 years before she painted it) gets out and walks up the stairs into your loungeroom and asks, "What is going on here?" And being told it was a test and the light beings went beyond what they were instructed to do. Yes, there was more than one. Can you imagine the feeling of flying and being confused as to why everyone else is still down on the ground even though you've shown them how to fly to escape the danger. Can you imagine stepping into a light at the end of a tunnel, fearing you would plunge into a dark abyss if you took that last step off the precipice ... yet you step anyway ... and instead of falling as expected you whoosh up and out into the universe on the wildest, most exhilarating rollercoaster ride ever conceived. Can you imagine travelling through someone's body and then being told that what you describe as a physical problem is literally what their insides look like. Can you imagine what it is like to hear the roar of transcendence, travel faster than the speed of sound and then float in the abyss of stillness - weightless and with no parameters to identify "I" within this stillness. These are all real experiences I've had without drugs or alcohol. And these experiences and more have been happening since I was a child. This is my normal. Here's the thing I want to leave you with ... if this is someone's normal, it can be everyone's normal. It can be your normal.

18.01.2022 Grief is physical. It is real. And it can be tough to navigate. I am recognising the signs and symptoms of grief. They come seemingly out of the blue and withou...t a trigger. BAM!!! Cut off at the knees again. I rarely cry outwardly except maybe when I'm watching videos on YouTube. In saying that ... grief feels like I have cried days of tears endlessly when not a tear has been shed on the outside. It feels like an elephant is sitting in my head and the weight and pressure of functioning can feel too much. The feeling of not being *rsed to do anything is profoundly hard to overcome. The body is heavy. The mind is numb. There is no room or capacity for another or others. Grief knows no boundaries. Grief is when you learn about your boundaries. Grief is when you step up and say no when you don't have capacity. Grief is when you don't push through because you and others have expectations of you. Grief is not being sad. Grief is not depression. Grief is in a league of its own. And ... in saying that ... grief is unique to the individual. Grief does not need to be fixed! Grief is a process to be traversed. Grief requires space. There is <3 Grace <3 in grief. Grief does not = there is something wrong with you. Grief cycles and has its own rhythm. It's amazing how one day feels so different to the day before. I am okay ... I am on the otherside of this cycle. I am grateful for this profound experience of grief. Today I am excited for the future. I won't always feel this excitement, but I can remember it on the days I don't feel it. <3 Thank you for being on this journey with me.

My dad's name is Rex and my sister gave mum the rose "Sexy Rexy" after he died and that's the one on the right - it has been a prolific rose.
