04.01.2022 Want your skin to look and feel younger ? Collagen. The easiest way I know how to get plenty of collagen is in my food. Bone broths are great. But I like to eat the whole meal with all the veggies.... So slow cook for me. Make sure you use a tough piece of meat because it contains the highest amount of collagen, choose a cut like chuck, oxtail or fatty brisket. Put in your slow cooker with garlic, onion, celery, carrots,. Cook until meat is tender add in any other veg you like and cook for a further 2 hours. Now all that goodness is trapped in that meal. Keeps in the fridge for 5 days.
