This particularly influences t...hose who have planets or points between 14 and 25 degrees of the cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra or Capricorn) especially now in retrograde season. 16.01.2022 Winter is a time to evaluate and prepare for spring planting. The most precious seeds are those we plant in our minds, with love, forgiveness and gratitude. The ancient Ho´oponopono Original Prayer by Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona is a powerful prayer of transformation. Divine Creator, Father, Mother, Son, All in One. If I, my family, my relatives, and ancestors offended your family, relatives, and ancestors in thoughts, deeds or actions, from the beginning of our creation to ...the present, we ask your forgiveness. Let this cleanse, purify, release and cut out all negative memories, blocks, energies, and vibrations. Transmute these unwanted energies into pure LIGHT and it is done. To clear my subconscious of all the emotional charge stored in it, I say over and over again during my day the Ho’oponopono´s keywords: I AM SORRY, PLEASE FORGIVE ME, THANK YOU, I LOVE YOU. I declare myself in peace with all the people on the Earth and with whom I have personal debts. 15.01.2022 Today (Dec 22nd) It is the summer solstice (in the southern hemisphere) and of course the winter solstice in the north. It is a time of waiting, stopping, re-grouping and re-focusing. The old medicine people I trained with would say the sun halts in the sky, aligning with the hearts of the people. More than ever before, we are being asked to stop in our tracks, and really look at where we are and what we are. We are also being asked to pray and focus on the oneness of love. We might do this with the sacred pipe, or simply a bowl of smudge with twelve pinches of tobacco to signify our prayer alignment with the Medicine Wheel. Tonight or perhaps first thing in the morning... pray to the four winds, the four directions and the four spirit Grandmothers... aho :)

12.01.2022 It is lovely to see so many people making hand-drums of any kind these days. I learned this art from traditional people back in the 1980s in northern Canada and began offering workshops in Australia in the early 90s. When I first offered drum making most people were happy to spend the several hours making drums in the traditional way, with only natural materials. In fact I even showed people how to process the hides using wood ash and stretching them on frames, however these ...days most people I speak to want a quick afternoon workshop making a drum with pre-processed materials, and using polyester threads and twines. That is fine too! However, I will never do that, because a drum made in the traditional way, using ONLY natural materials is a true medicine drum. Sorry if I offend, but polyester does not make a traditional drum.... Sadly some workshop presenters do not tell you this and claim that everything is natural, when it is not. If you want a natural drum, making in ceremony, in the traditional way, please contact me... otherwise please understand that if the twine comes on a roll it is polyester/nylon or similar.... 09.01.2022 True prayer is not a request for this or that situation to change.. true prayer is an expression of gratitude.. gratitude that what ever situation makes us feel uncomfortable, frightened, upset has in fact been created by our inner fear, or the part of the mind that is not aligned with Great Spirit. Therefore, when one expresses gratitude for the lesson to be learned, the fear within is healed and replaced by love. Fear is only a dark spot where love has not been allowed to enter. The fires that are devastating our country are a collective expression of fear.. by simply asking them to go away, we are not working with true mature prayer but remaining a baby who understands nothing.

08.01.2022 Every day, and every moment is sacred, yet at this time - between the Solstice/Christmas and Epiphany... there is a surge of spiritual energy. Part of this is because we are moving from one year to another, but it is mainly because of old wisdom that teaches that this time of year is a time of planting seeds for the forthcoming year. Each day, beginning with Christmas day and ending with Jan 6th (Epiphany) are aligned energetically with the signs of the zodiac, beginning on Christmas day with Virgo - the sign of the virgin. At this time we focus on the purity within our hearts. The next day (St Stephens day) is Libra where we look inner balance.. and so it goes. Not surprisingly, January 1st is Aries, the first sign of the zodiac....ending with Leo on the 5th of January who heralds the three Kings into our lives.
