23.01.2022 Message of the day- A channeled message from the Beings of the Light Dear Ones We keep asking you to come home to yourself for good reason right now. Your lights are shining brighter than they ever have before. The vortex that youve been in is diminishing. You are becoming aware of your senses, of the bourdens that you carry be it yours or not yours. Your inner child and ego are showing up with defence systems and protection mechanisms. There are no need for these on a globa...l level anymore. Your light is bright, it is sovereign, you are safe and protected in your light child. 22.01.2022 So...its been a year since I was told that I had Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD), with severe Anxiety & severe Sleep Deprivation. What a year it has been!!! Life has completely shifted. From being in fight/flight/freeze to becoming whole and at peace....its been a big year!! Whod have thought making a decision to throw myself head first into healing that Id have lost 12kg (almost back to my normal weight!). Id be a full time Medium/ Psychic/ Healer/ Coac...h.. (as opposed to working in Mining!)...Id have faced and healed some pretty deep stuff...Id have met the most incredible man (what an angel he is!)...Id be living my best life....and so much more!! Dont get me wrong, it has been a struggle, sometimes we dont think we will see the light at the end of the tunnel, and its easy to get triggered and caught up in those old patterns/ beliefs...but when we keep coming back to our centre, finding our strength, staying in our heart space, we continue to grow, heal, become whole and find peace. What have been my biggest lessons in the last year? - Put yourself first. - Always trust your own intuition. - You are always divinely guided and supported. - Exercise is crucial!! Daily movement to shift energy, feel good, stay healthy...which in turn releases stagnant energy, physical stress/ pain/ trauma etc. - Eat cleanly!! The cleaner you eat, the healthier you are and the better the channel you become. - Drink a tonne of water!! Not only does it hydrate but it cleanses your body. - Play! Laugh, be silly, enjoy fun stuff!! - Rest! Restore your body and recharge as you cant be your best you or support others if youre depleted. - Be present. In the moment there are no emotions, it just is. - Emotions only last seconds, dont create a story. - Be you unapologetically. - Speak your truth from your heart. - Trust!!! - Show gratitude for everything. - Accept & Acknowledge. You are SO worthy of healing, having peace, love etc. It is you, and only you that can do the work and step into your authenticity. When you are ready, the right people will turn up to guide you and hold space for you to heal and grow. Youve got this!!! #peace

It’s ok to move forward and decide you wish to change direction. The important thing here is the forward momentum. 15.01.2022 I have had the best day working with clients today!!! Human and horse kind....as an empath, psychic Medium, animal communicator and healer I have always been different. Also ask my family Many times in my life I have given up following my passion because its so hard to stand out from the crowd. Its tiring. Energetically draining....I just wanted to be normal. Years ago, when I first started communicating with the horses that I was treating with Bowen, I really stru...ggled. I was met with horse after horse who would 90% of the time try to flatten me....especially if I didnt communicate messages to their owner....it was terrifying!! I gave up Bowen and animal Communication for a long time because I didnt trust, I had fear, I didnt feel good enough, I felt like an outcast in the horse world...that was all my patterns (and abuse showing up...I also was fearful of being flattened by horses!!!) The reason Im telling you this story is I met one of the game changing horses for me tonight, one I havent seen for years, he was one of the many reasons I gave up, I was tired of showing up for people and animals as a healer and having people not showing up for themselves, expecting the work to be done for them. Healing and spirituality doesnt work this way. You get out as much as you put in. My horses and I can be the strongest conduit for healing for you...But you must show up and do the work! You must take ownership of your healing and your journey. Nobody else is responsible but you! I am SO over the moon that I got to communicate with this horse tonight and to see him so in love and happy with his new people!!! Made my heart melt and my eyes leak... Long story short...the reason I shared this is because maybe I was, maybe I wasnt a catalyst for change for this horse many years ago, but his new humans showed up, they did the work!! He healed!! He also said Thankyou to me tonight. Lesson: be you unapologetically!! Its ok to be different, its ok to stand out from the crowd. 09.01.2022 Healing with Horses - Adults Are you 'sensitive', 'intuitive' or 'empathic'? I see SO many adults struggling with their ‘sensitivities’. As a result of not knowing how to manage or understand their sensitivities/ energy/ gifts...they don't feeling safe so speak up about it, not being able to connect with friends/ family/ partners, trying to fit in with the utterly ridiculous social norms ...it’s showing up as behavioural issues including stress, anxiety, depression, C/PTSD.......and SO much more! 09.01.2022 The way of the Medicine Horse The universe is asking us to do a lot of self reflection right now and this is what they have reminded me of: I was reminded to remain whole and within my heart space. I was reminded anything that we keep in our heart space will give us the greatest lessons...so the learning is not to need anyone or anything, to find what your searching for within. For example, if youre looking for a partner to give you love, appreciation etc etc...youll lear...n hard lessons there because you need to find that within. When you have it within, it automatically shows up externally. Your language and thought patterns are vital in healing and shifting to a better version of yourself. We only want positive thoughts, words, behaviours etc...saying statements like: I am light. I am love. I am enough. I am worthy. I am safe. I am free. I am abundant. I am one. I am supported. I matter. I have...good health...abundant finances...etc etc... FEELING and KNOWING that its already yours, you already have everything within, its your birth right, you just have to claim it.... Realising this fast tracks your healing, your life... I realise that what the horses and I do with our clients is we help people to open and heal their hearts, we provide a safe space to heal yourself completely (should you choose), we know that you are whole, complete and resourceful....we dont do anything....we simply allow spirit to guide you back to your heart, finding your own answers within. Most people who find me often say, I dont know how I came across you but I did, or I dont know anything about what we are doing I just knew I had to be here...because your SOUL knows that he/she is whole and complete...and wishes to return to that...its just your mind, your ego that has to trust and believe that in order to heal. I also know that healing is not difficult, its not scary, its a beautiful process. Once you learn to go within and how to heal your own stuff you should never need a healer again. 07.01.2022 The inability to receive support from others is a trauma response. Your I don’t need anyone, I’ll just do it all myself conditioning is a survival tactic. An...d you needed it to shield your heart from abuse, neglect, betrayal, and disappointment from those who could not or would not be there for you. From the parent who was absent and abandoned you by choice or the parent who was never home from working three jobs to feed and house you. From the lovers who offered sexual intimacy but never offered a safe haven that honored your heart. From the friendships and family who ALWAYS took more than they ever gave. From all the situations when someone told you we’re in this together or I got you then abandoned you, leaving you to pick up the pieces when shit got real, leaving you to handle your part and their part, too. From all the lies and all the betrayals. You learned along the way that you just couldn’t really trust people. Or that you could trust people, but only up to a certain point. Extreme-independence IS. A. TRUST. ISSUE. You learnt: if I don’t put myself in a situation where I rely on someone, I won’t have to be disappointed when they don’t show up for me, or when they drop the ball... because they will ALWAYS drop the ball EVENTUALLY right? You may even have been intentionally taught this protection strategy by generations of hurt ancestors who came before you. Extreme-independence is a preemptive strike against heartbreak. So, you don’t trust anyone. And you don’t trust yourself, either, to choose people. To trust is to hope, to trust is to be vulnerable. Never again, you vow. But no matter how you dress it up and display it proudly to make it seem like this level of independence is what you always wanted to be, in truth it’s your wounded, scarred, broken heart behind a protective brick wall. Impenetrable. Nothing gets in. No hurt gets in. But no love gets in either. Fortresses and armor are for those in battle, or who believe the battle is coming. It’s a trauma response. The good news is trauma that is acknowledged is trauma that can be healed. You are worthy of having support. You are worthy of having true partnership. You are worthy of love. Receiving guidance from spirit...... Receiving support from loved ones... To giving love, peace and happiness back into the world. We ask that right now you keep your energy high. Play, laugh, communicate, stay connected. For when youre in this place you are safe and congruent. The herd supports you. Life becomes easy and clear. When you get heady, you think too much, you dont breathe, you panic and become irrational you fall out of the heart space, quickly becoming incongruent. The herd isolated and holds space for healing because you bring danger in this space, you may not realise that your vibration drops, you slip into fear, into your darkness and patterns (past and present lifetimes) and attract danger. Some healers, be it psychologists, coaches, mentors, empaths, family or friends may be strong enough to hold you in this place...but you must do the work. You must take responsibility and show up for yourself. It is not their job to fix or heal you, it is not their job to bring you back to the light or to receive and absorb your pain....it is up to you to work through that. To be whole and complete. To show up for yourself and allow them to hold space (if they choose) to work yourself out. We never leave a herd member behind, even the sick...we care for all life from the goodness of our heart. 02.01.2022 Shamanic Healing with Horses How cool is this?! So I have been offering Equine Facilitated Learning/ Healing with Horses / Medicine Horse sessions for 5 years. Over time it continues to evolve into its own thing. What I offer with the horses, nobody else offers here in WA. In fact, what Im now offering nobody offers....
