13.01.2022 WHAT IS: HYPERHIDROSIS why do I have it and what can I do? Sweating is your body’s normal, autonomous mechanism to cool itself. Your nervous system automatically triggers it’s sweat glands when temperature rises to release sweat to cool the body down.
