This will be followed by a workshop on developing your perception and your innate feeling sense using Meditation and simple energetic exercises. 13.01.2022 We live our lives constantly self validating or seeking validation from others because we ‘think’ there’s ‘something’ missing and we tell ourselves I’m just no...t good enough. We chase a career We chase the million dollars We chase the ‘perfect’ relationship We chase praise from other people And so on and so on and so on...... And guess what? When we ‘have’ it all, it’s not enough. And so we seek and chase after the next thing and all we’re doing is riding on the roundabout of never ending desire and unhappiness. We already have it all, start by accepting yourself as good enough, in fact you’re more than good enough! Look within and connect with your heart, find the authentic you, practice gratitude, practice compassion and empathy, keep telling yourself I was born good enough and see how you and your life starts to change.
