23.01.2022 Good mood food.. what's on your menu for today. How are you and your family fuelled for the day. Slow release carbohydrates for balance energy.???? Fruit and vegetables for fibre?? Sufficient Protein for a healthy appetite and muscle development. How about taking the 1st bite of each meal mindfully aware of taste, texture, temperature, colour, sound. All blending with a thought of gratitude as to how it arrived on your place and nourished your body .

07.01.2022 How are you feeling today? Checking in with yourself once a day to notice how your feeling and honouring those feelings without pushing them away. Try this: Pause... . Close your eyes . Ask yourself am I breathing fast or slow. ( no need to change it or judge it). Simply check in and observe. . Where do I feel my breath. Nose, belly, back, ribs or chest. Maybe all of it or none of those. . Check in with any other sensations in your body. (Perhaps temperature, or pulse/heartbeat/ fabric of clothes resting on your since). . Pick one or slowly go through each one by one. And see how you feel after a 5 min Check. .
