12.01.2022 I am very proud of these gorgeous kids as they have just completed my 6 week Learn to Meditate course. We learnt different breathing exercises, mindful activities and learnt different meditation techniques. Now with their beautiful mumma they can start their own daily meditation practice. Meditation really is a great tool for adults and children to help with relaxation, stress release and anxiety. Love Maur
