24.01.2022 Call me on 51 924 186 with your expression of interest for the comprehensive eight week Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation group. The group runs for 8 consecutive weeks as research notes that after 8 weeks of daily mindfulness practice significant benefits can start to be realised. Participating in an 8 week program also helps you establish a habit of regular meditation practice. There is also a shorter five week group if that time frame suits you better. The duration of ...each weekly session is approximately 90 minutes, and a different topic is covered each week. Each session consists of a brief presentation and a mindfulness practice. I provide a CD of the practice and a log for you to log your daily practice in between sessions. EIGHT WEEK GROUPS Saturday 20th January at 2:00 pm until approximately 3:30, for 8 consecutive Saturdays. The final session is on Saturday 10th March OR Thursday 15th March at 11:00 am until approximately 12:30, for 8 consecutive Thursdays. The final sessions is on Thursday 3rd May. Cost $30 per session FIVE WEEK GROUPS Thursday 18th January at 10:00, for 5 consecutive Thursdays. 24.01.2022 Simply by paying attention, as you do in mindfulness meditation, you calm and soothe your nervous system. Attend a drop in meditation session on Mondays at 11:00 a.m and soothe your nervous system in readiness for the Christmas season. Duration of drop in sessions is approximately 30 minutes. No booking is required for Monday drop in sessions. You can also register to attend a comprehensive 8 week group program, which will support you in developing a regular meditation practice. These groups allow you to practice in between sessions and establish the habit of daily meditation.
