04.01.2022 STEPPING STONES WORKSHOP Stepping Stones utilizes Guided-Meditation as a Vehicle to assist with Taming and Mastering the Mind, Calming the body and regulat...ing the Emotions, Soothing and freeing the Soul. Guided Meditation is the simplest way to create new neural pathways, a deep focused awareness and relaxation and achieve inner stillness, peace. As we are the totality of our entire individual experience, the path to wholeness is different for everyone. Stepping Stones is just one such path created with guided meditations utilizing the language of Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy. Participants increasingly become more consciously aware, savoring feelings such as pleasure, gratitude and love and using unique strengths and virtues in the service of something that is ultimately larger than self. In this workshop a set of Guided-Meditations (Stepping Stones) have been developed as a basis of an experience-filled journey to support participants throughout the day. Participating, listening to Meditations individually or in a group can build up awareness, amplify capabilities and qualities as strengths emerge.
