12.01.2022 Hello beautiful people & happy Monday! It occurred to me that not everyone here will know me. I'm Becca & I'm from Scotland (Inverness). I've been living in Australia for 3 years now & I'm based in Brisbane. I've been a qualified mental health nurse for 4 years & love working in this field. Over the last year I found meditation & it changed my life in so many ways. Hence why I wanted to share this with others ... 09.01.2022 Welcoming everyone to meditation with Becca Thank you to everyone liking my page. I will be offering 1:1 meditation sessions (specific to you) & monthly group meditations for the moment. I will be offering this online or opening up my home to those who would prefer My aim is to provide you with a safe & open space for you to express yourself naturally. I bring my positive energy & kind, warm nature to every service that I offer.... I want to create a space where all of you is welcome & nothing will be shamed or judged. I believe that each of us is perfect & we need to remember that. It can be difficult in this world & we can hold a lot of judgement on ourselves I would like to guide people back to their home, the place inside of themselves where they know they are loved & valued.
