19.01.2022 Hi all We have the go ahead - but there are some rules that we have to adhere by. So I want to put the feelers out. You would have to bring all props. Mats ... Blankets Pillows Eye mask I understand that it is a pain but it is difficult to keep things clean in between classes. So I want to see if that is doable for everyone. Or we can wait a little lingers and see when the regulations ease. Thoughts?

We will begin tomorrow night at 7.30, so come in and Set up your space, select your quote and hopefully we have a wonderful first meditation back. Please let me know if you're able to attend.
