01.01.2022 Who is enjoying this rain? Rain is cleaning and wonderful. I took some time this morning to go and stand out in the rain and breathe in the cleansing energy. The rain gives off negative ions which are beneficial to our state of mind and to help ground us. Get in touch with your inner child and go play in the puddles. Allow the rain to cleanse you and ground you. But don't stay out there too long and make sure you dry off properly :-D
