24.01.2022 This is Winston, who is Dr Sarah Kams and her husband, Johns four-legged member of the family. Winston had settled into life during COVID-19 doing what he does best, by sleeping in comfort on every piece of furniture possible throughout the day. He loves that his Dad is working from home, so occasionally, he pops up in Johns Zoom meetings to show John (and everyone else in the meeting), the sock that he has stealthily stollen from the laundry basket, making John choose..The sock? 21.01.2022 Meet Kwazii, Annika's kitty cat. Kwazil is seven years and joined the Houston household just under two years ago. Annika's children named him after the ginger cat in the kids' tv show Octonauts. He's quite unique as he only has three legs. He became a 'tripawd' earlier this year after developing a cancerous lump (but without his leg, he should hopefully live a normal life expectancy). He loves ham, and his favourite time of day is when Annika is packing lunchboxes in the morning and some ham magically falls out and lands in front of him. #iprefermedland #medlanddental

16.01.2022 This little sweetie is Indy, Dr Ian Morrison's dachshund. Indy is six years old and lives a beautiful life with the Morrison family. Indy starts her morning with a 'puppy-chino' and begins to bark when she hears the coffee machine going. She tends to suffer some separation anxiety and loves sleeping in her baby bassinet at the end of the bed (Indy must sleep at the same height as the rest of the family!). Indy is currently loving having Dr Morrison home while he is on long service leave. #iprefermedland #medlanddental

15.01.2022 Meet our adopted fur baby Basil. We adopted Basil, a French Bulldog, one year ago, when he was two, and he has been an absolute delight to have in our family over the last 18 months. We take him out where ever we can, and he loves spending time with us. As soon as you go outside, he jumps in the car ready to go, even when its a workday. Unfortunately, he can't come to work, and it's tough getting him out the car. He also has a mischievous streak and loves to steal socks and... have us chase him around the house to get them back. When we first got him, he didn't like us touching him too much, but now he enjoys a cuddle and likes to sleep on our legs, which gets uncomfortable! He is adorable, and we love him. #iprefermedland #medlanddental

04.01.2022 Phoebe and Jaspa are the four legged members of our hygienist, Sues, family. Phoebe joined the family four years ago and has all the power over Jaspa. She likes the warmth of the bed in winter and secretly enjoys a head scratch, but not for too long! She is quick with her paw when she has had enough. Jaspa is a four years old Labradoodle Kelpie cross, and is completely scared of Phoebe. He excels at catching flies, and is the best walking companion for Sue and her family. #iprefermedland #medlanddental

01.01.2022 While we are all spending more time at home, the team's pets have been so happy to have their humans around more, and we wanted to introduce you to the four-legged members of the Medland Family. This is Spice and Pizza Osmond, who have a beautiful life with our Practice Manager, Rachael and her family. Spice joined the Osmond family two years ago, and Pizza found his forever home just recently. The family have learnt not to leave food out, as Spice has been known to steal butter, entire cakes and bags of liver treats off the bench. Pizza is hugely excitable around other dogs and loves all the affection he receives. They are a much-loved part of the Osmond family, especially for Rachael's sons Nic and Hayden.
