23.01.2022 Hey folks, I've been a bit quiet on here due to a shoulder injury which is healing nicley. Now I'm back in full force connecting with all my amazing clients and offering treatments. I too have found the benifit of massage to be so incredibly helpful in my recovery. I have used other professionals like my chiroprators, my Medium physic Lyndy Jewell ( who always resets me so I can preform my passion of massage with clarity) and of cause Remedial and relax Massage with my coll...eges at Endota at Rowville. I will allways encourage my clients to see other professionals as we all work together and your body may respond to multiple treatments. 22.01.2022 This morning, we have had the official direction from our association that we have to cease working. I've tried to stay open but this is a time when we have to stop, regroup reflect on what life is meant to be.. what stress is real and what can we change? 17.01.2022 It's been a long time between massages for you and me. The thought of coming back to work after the "Sunday Announcement" by Dan was exciting... But.... Today it's been confirmed that we can't work until the 1st of November. Hopefully Dan will bring this forward. This is devastating and we have to keep rolling our pain out. I'm waiting for my new roster from endota due to Tuesdays becoming alternating. I can take bookings from the 2nd. ... Looking forward in reconnecting with you all, Kirstin

So I'm branching out a little further than Me Time and Endota Spa by working down in Berwick at Optistart Chiropractor. Wednesdays from 3 - 7pm Thursdays 9 - 12 It's a scenic 20 minute drive from Belgrave, same price as Me Time @ $90 per hour. 11.01.2022 C O R O N A VIRUS Watching the news today, I'm shocked that everything is being cancelled and then the flurry of emails from aroma therapy oils company to business department of Health bulletins and more. So I want to insure you that my home clinic at the moment is safe and clean and still a relaxed environment to wash away stress and tension. I have put in place when I first started my business three years ago, stringent cleaning processes to protect my clients AND my self.... I stick to them as a regular routine. - Towels are washed after EVERY client. - The bed is sanitised after EVERY client. - The electric blanket gets sanatised with a natural auromatherapy spray. - Hand sanitiser is constantly in the bookshelf in the room. (I'm going to get another couple of bottles) - There is a constant supply of tissues... But now I will ask that you take your used ones home with you. Just for the moment. - This is my home. To put it simply, I'm a Virgo (yay... Go Virgo's) and I constantly clean, wipe surfaces and keep high personal hygiene a strict routine with all my clients. I wash my hands for a couple of minutes the clinical way and scrub under my nails when I leave my client to get dressed and promises of a glass of water. - For those who understand the importance of energy clearing, I smudge with white sage and Palo stick. I have a variety of healing crystals around my home. Actually I've gridded my home and have a Feng Shui arrangement to clear residual energy. - I do ask that my clients protect me and my space too. If you have a fever, sore throat and sniffles, please reschedule. I know people are saying the media is hyping this up and over killing the situation but imagine if we all took that extra little bit of care, we could stop this in it's tracks and everything will be back to normal which is what we all want. So.... Go to your favourite Chinese Restaurant (Jade Valley in Belgrave is amazing!) hug your family or fur babies and..... Book a massage

10.01.2022 Still in business.. still here.. Being Allied Health, the Department of Health has declared we are still am essential service. I have followed all the guidelines and self isolating so not to bring contaminates into my home/workspace. I'm seeing only remedial clients, private health is still available. I can help relieve pain..

09.01.2022 Just completed a COVID-19 Infectious Disease Course by the Department of Health for the health industry. Thanks Belinda Hazelhoff for being proactive. Let's try and keep calm and be educated. It's pretty easy. Wash your hands. Keep 1.5 meters away from people. COVID-19 spreads through droplets.

08.01.2022 Day 14 of isolation. Drawing a leaf to get my artistic flow going whilst watching Outlander. Been a while. REMEDIAL TIP... If anyone is planted on the couch for a while like me, don't for get to make the effort to get up and walk around. Stretch your arms, do some neck stretches, walk around to get the blood flowing through your glutes, and hydrate. (And not just coffee like I fall in too) I think we can go outside for a walk for 1/2 an hour a day but when it's a beautif...ul wintery day like today, stand somewhere covered and breath in the clean cool air. This encourages our brain's to wake up and become more active. Down load some exercise apps, (I've got planking and stretching) and put your favourite tunes on.. Miss all of you.. KC See more

06.01.2022 It's so horrific what's happening in our state at the moment.. Please give so those effected can start to heal from this horrific trauma.

06.01.2022 YES... I HAVE THE TICK OF APPROVAL FROM MY ASSOCIATION TO SEE REMEDIAL CLIENTS AGAIN. The gavernment have opened up remedial massage as an 'Essential Service' this week. Who knows how long it will last for but hey, if I can help you with pain I'm happy. Lets talk about your safety issue seeing me here... I know it's a difficult time. If we think about what we are touching in the super market, petrol bouser and anything public I too get goosebumps not knowing if I've washed ...or sanitised my hands enough to escape the grasp of this horrific virus. My Massage room has been stripped of any non essential irtems making it easier to disinfect all surfaces. I have been self isolating to an extent so I'm well and I have done the COVID-19 Certificate to understand more of the finer details. I sanitise after each client and wash ALL towels (which is a normal practice) which unfortunately I want to share because some establishments don't. I'm aware that some of you might be working from home with a make shift office that your posture isn't use too. This can cause neck, shoulder and back pain.
