25.01.2022 We are continuing to invest more in hospital services in Canberra’s north with an expansion of the Calvary ED, more doctors, nurses and allied health staff, more specialist services and more operating theatres. This is all part of our long term plan to upgrade hospital services in the north of Canberra and future-proof our health system.

24.01.2022 If the Australian Labor Party is elected next weekend it will mean a huge investment for bike paths around Canberra, including a new path along Flemington Road, an extension of the Belconnen Bikeway from University of Canberra to Canberra Institute of Technology - RTO 0101 and better paths in the Inner North from the The Australian National University to Dickson.
23.01.2022 Skills training is really improtant to Canberra's economy, which is why we're investing more in vocational education and looking at moving CIT from Reid to Woden. This would allow us to create a new, modern, purpose-built campus for students and revitalise the Woden Town Centre.

17.01.2022 Really exciting today to reveal new details about the new SPIRE centre at Canberra Hospital. An expanded ED, more ICU beds, coronary care unit and more operating theatres to help transform acute health services in the heart of Canberra. The SPIRE Centre we announced today will be bigger and better than first planned and will provide the best outcomes for our community and for our current and future health workforce. Thanks to all the staff who took part in the consultation.

Such a nice day for a walk to school, and it was great to see so many students taking part. Thanks to the principals and teachers for having me it’s wonderful to see such a strong school community in the heart of Gungahlin.
