25.01.2022 Life style low tox Change; About a month ago I thought it was time to make some changes, knowing my sister in law had made this change a years ago I took on her advice in slowly eliminating chemicals in my day to day life. My mum has also been using these oils for a while and in my time living with my parents I never really took the time to research what it was all about as I was a little narrow minded. I’ve decided to now change my way of living in minimizing the harsh chem...icals and making my own products and replacing with more natural way with @doterraaunz oils. I never realized how many chemicals I use on a day to day basis from, body wash,tooth paste, cleaning products, face products, perfumes to the most important product of all Deodorant something people don’t take seriously, a product with so many chemicals including Aluminum we apply to the most important gland in our body especially women our underarms that links to our lymph nodes to ours breasts. I’ve decided to make the change in starting to low tox the things I not only use on my body but also consume and the things I use around my home. I’m also a massive stress head which causes me to get a lot of migraines especially in this very hard time of COVID19 and trying to plan a wedding which has been so hard I’ve found that these oils have helped me so much in calming me down and being able to have a good nights sleep. I can’t thank @danidevincentis_ enough for opening my eyes in the harsh chemicals we use every day and put not only on our bodies but also children’s. 22.01.2022 Acts of Kindness: This year by far has been the most difficult time of my life, emotionally and stressfully. From having to cancel one of the most exciting celebrations of mine and my partners life, our engagement, trying to organise a wedding through a pandemic to potentially having to postpone our wedding day, then to my work place closing not once but twice and being off work for months.
