Disability inclusion allows for people with disabilities to take advantage of the benefits of the same holistic treatment activities experienced by people who do not have a disability. 06.01.2022 Capturing stillness with a busy life. Shame our lives don't stand still... These words and photo were posted on my personal Instagram page last year in July 2019. It was my daughter's 9th birthday and we were fortunate to be on an amazing holiday with family in Thailand. My life with two young girls and running a business was extremely busy and at times life was intense. Mastering busy schedules with work, childrens activities, home life and exceeding clients expectations had... and will always be one of my passions, however holidays is what we also live for. They allow us to stop, breath and refresh so we can return ready for action. This picture is so calming to me remembering that I captured stillness with wishful thinking. It puts things in perspective. Calming our minds is exactly what we need right now. We take a deep breath and slow down, enjoy the beauty around us. Be kind not just to others but ourselves.
