The Lets Do Yum Cha trailer will be set up at 51 Rowlins Road Gerringong for take away dinners from today, 5-9pm Thursday to Sunday this week. The opportunity to buy frozen will come later, as will delivery. For now I’m just doing take away. Here is the menu: ... Steamed Pork Buns $3 each Steamed Pork/Chicken/Vegetarian (Vegan) dumplings (mixed order available) 2 for $5 / 5 for $10 Prawn and Chive dumplings 4 for $10 Steamed Vegetable Buns (vegan) $3 each Let’s talk health and safety and the take away protocol... We are not able to provide condiments at this time and we are serving ALL our food in re-usable take away containers. We also cannot even encourage you to bring your containers from home, which is really unfortunate but very necessary to minimise risk in the current environment. So make sure you have your soy/black vinegar at home and if you’re in need of some kick, your favourite hot Chili sauce! One customer at a time. It’s the same everywhere. Everything takes longer. Everything needs to be a bit harder so we can take good care of you and your family. But we are and we will. All we ask is that you maintain a safe distance between yourselves and we will make sure you’re going home with freshly steamed food as quickly are possible.
