That's right: this will be the first time you'll get to sample these unique creations.... 2 We've set up an exclusive VIP area at Paradise Palms with a limited number of spots available. For the first time, you'll get a guaranteed picnic table and chairs + nearby grass space for a picnic blanket + other bonuses. We'll release the VIP tickets for pre-sale soon. Alongside their classic karaage dish and hot chips, for the first time you'll be able to sample their new karaage rice ball creation. 12.01.2022 Meet Eat Repeat in Paradise 3 kicks off!

10.01.2022 This is not a drill. We repeat: this is not a drill. Apex Milk Bar are bringing an exclusive pimped version of their famous southern fried chicken Rick James burger to Meet Eat Repeat In Paradise 3. It. Is. Epic. The pimped Rick James burger Apex are serving at Meet Eat Repeat features a stacked burger of Nashville hot chicken, bacon and mac'n'cheese. We taste tested it today. OMG it is off the charts.... The preparation involves brining the chicken for 12 hours then a buttermilk and seasoned flour for at least 4 hours to allow the flour to become tacky (almost glue like). Then it's floured again and fried until the chicken reaches 65c... then before serving the chicken it's fried again to really crisp it up. Apex uses three different flours on the chicekn and some secret seasonings. In the words of Apex owner Bill O'Rourke: "It's an epic recipe."
