23.01.2022 Feeling the Funk? With the Disco Ball pumping, the only solution is to take a journey down the national flavours of Brazil. Sugarcane, Guava, house made chocolate bitters and a devious mix of Cachaca and Chartreuse will have you dancing the disco inferno. All Hail the Cloven One!

Intermediate knowledge of food and wine a must. Please note this is not an entry level position and to be considered you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
