24.01.2022 When I said I use Arbonne, I meant it !!! Shampoo and conditioner, face wash and moisturiser, foundation, suncream, protein bars and shake, energy fizz sticks, mind health formula (never tried and can’t wait) and a beautiful gift of nightly resurfacing pads for continuing being a consultant!!!
22.01.2022 So, here we are..... 20 days into September healthy living, and almost 2 weeks of clean eating. What have I noticed.... Sleeping really well.... Not getting hungry and binging on chocolate, which is massive for me. Less bloat and fluid retention. Leaner in my shoulders arms and waist. Lost 2kg ish? Didn’t weigh myself at the start. Feeling clearer in my head. My sweat tastes different Feeling lighter. Plenty of energy to get through tough training sessions. So really, I feel good!!!

10.01.2022 2 years ago in November my beautiful friend Kylie introduced me to this range. At the the time I was struggling to find hydration that to be honest and gross, didn’t make me need a poo mid run or ride. So this was my hero, I loved it so much I decided to join Arbonne. Now I’m 7 weeks out from the toughest event I’ve ever done and I know my hydration and recovery are sorted!!!
07.01.2022 3 weeks to go until my official training for UTA100km starts, and other than an ear infection I’m in relatively good shape. I did this race in May this year and it includes 4400m of elevation gain and around 11,000 stairs so you can imagine the toll it takes on your body. I used Arbonne nutrition for the full lead up, during and post race and I wouldn’t recommend anything that’s crap or doesn’t work. 02.01.2022 Why am I doing the 30 days to healthy living program???? Do I need to lose weight? No. Do I have a bad diet? Not really. ... I’m doing it to give myself as many nutrients and fill my body with amazing nutrition and food as I can to get me to the start line of these . GSER50. 92km and over 5000m of Vert. I’ve used the nutrition range for 2 years now and my body loves it, now with the 30 days to healthy living, the hard work is taken out and a bit of simple prep and I’m set. I’d love to help you reach your goals too, even if it is just a couple of kgs, or clearer skin, more energy, better sleep?
