17.01.2022 Wow, what a busy start to the year it has been so I havnt posted for AGES!!!!! I hope everyone has had a lovely Xmas and new year. There’s plenty of ways to relax as well as having a massage, so tonight I want to give a bit of a shout out to my friend and local business owner Jody at Waxy Aroma Candles in Alex. I picked this bath soak up this afternoon and it is beautiful!!! Just what a tired body and mind needed .

12.01.2022 While in lockdown over the weekend I spent a bit of time thinking about how grateful I am to have all of you in my life, and how much I love all my little activities that I do here in Eildon, I’m feeling very lucky. So.... I was also thinking about some other passions that I may explore further down the track and I’d like some input because it may benefit you too... this won’t be overnight but it will happen. Would you like to see Mat Pilates, Yoga or Myotherapy in Eildon?
