31.12.2021 Client Progress Seeing the determination in Brooke to push herself and achieve the increases in intensity & reps I set for her in each and every exercise is so inspiring. She shows up to every session with the drive to push herself from the start to the very end with nothing less than 100% effort even when it’s killing her and she thinks she has nothing left to give.. she gives more!! ... 29.12.2021 As another year comes to an end we head into a break filled with lots of sunshine & laughter, summer nights eating good food with family & friends, days spent doing absolutely nothing & lots of relaxation. We absolutely should love our bodies, they’ve brought us this far in life and helped us accomplish some amazing moments in our lives. ... I still pinch myself every single morning when I wake up that this has become my life.. that I get to help people everyday with something that comes so easy to me but not always to them Fitness... Movement Training Lifting Weights What ever that may look like for my clients.. I’m like a proud mumma bear every session they show up to for themselves It’s not always easy with their busy lives.. but they make the time, for themselves. Growing fitter Gaining strength Getting healthier Empowering themselves I feel flutters in my tummy when they tell me how much better they sleep, how energised they feel on waking & how much easier they jump out of bed every morning more mobile & moving easier. Every time they say Thank You Every time they say how much they enjoy my sessions & how much they look forward to coming to every session.. even if they don’t feel like training that day.. but Knowing it’ll be worth it, how it will leave them feeling stronger. Woman need to be consuming at the very minimum 1g of protein per body weight.. with 2g optimally to maintain good health as we age and even up to 2.5-3g in a fat loss phase. Here’s a great way to get more protein in your diet & give your morning coffee a yummy twist. ... I use 1/2 Shape milk & 1/2 Protein Shake. My flavour of choice atm is vanilla!! The half mix just gives it that subtle vanilla flavour whilst still getting the coffee taste. Do yourself a favour & give all the flavours a whirlChoc is the bomb also!
