20.01.2022 ** REOPENING INFORMATION ** As I'm sure many of you have seen, we are opening our doors at 6am Monday 22nd of June (Next week ). We are opening with restricti...ons so we do ask for your patience with us and our trainers as we learn to work with these for as long as required of us. You should have received an email regarding our reopening, it may have gone to junk. If not I'll be sharing the information on our social pages before opening. You will also receive another email before reopening so keep an eye for that. We are getting lots of questions about how it'll work so here is a little bit of information to help. we have spaced out our equipment to ensure 1.5m between everyone there is hand sanitising stations at the doors that must be used prior to entry all members must bring and use their own towels, if you forget please speak to a staff member about purchasing a QF one all members must wipe equipment down before and after use our showers are currently unavailable temporarily we ask that members use common sense when it comes to being in close contact with other members, as well as avoiding the gym if your showing any cold/flu symptoms we are limited to a capacity of 20 people so please bare with us if we need to ask you to wait a few minutes before entering all memberships will reactivate on Monday. We are very excited to reopen and have received some really nice support from our members and community through this so we appreciate that. We have missed you all very much. We will be releasing a short video to help navigate the changes etc in the coming days but if you have any queries please don't hesitate to ask. Quickfit Warralily



19.01.2022 First strength sesh at home and to be honest it was a struggle!! So much longer to set up and mentally drained from being cooped up in my garage But I’m so grateful to have all this equipment at my disposal and know that’s not the case for everyone. I’m sticking to my own program so equipment was priority. You really don’t need much or even anything at all to stay moving at home. Most importantly accountability and consistency my friends

17.01.2022 Regardless of all the chaos, I couldn’t be more motivated Taking a month off training was mentally tough yet refreshing. I realised just how different my day to day life was without exercise. The way I acted, the way I ate, my social life, my mentality, the way I viewed myself - EVERYTHING ... I lost progress but I gained perspective and motivation. Still being safe and cautious with the current COVID-19 sitch but I don’t plan on slowing down any time soon Thanks to @quickfit.warralily for being so on their game with hygiene and cleanliness throughout the gym so we can keep grinding #hungry #timetogrind #staysafeout #quickfit #fitness #health #motivation #beautifulbodies

06.01.2022 Broken down and breaking through My limits have been reached and rediscovered. When everything gets too much and we feel like we’re drowning, we break down. ... The water will clear and you will be able to break through stronger, smarter and discover those old limitations are no longer in your way. All in all I’m just so grateful for all the breakdowns that have forced me to break through and for all the people in my life who support me through them.
