08.01.2022 Battling flu season in your house? Start your family's day with the delicious Protein Shake from BCB. The addition of nuts, seeds and egg along with yummy fruit (and some hidden spinach) really fills everyone up. I also add natural Greek Yoghurt, skip the honey and some extra protein powder for me to keep me going till lunchtime.
07.01.2022 I love prepping meals for crazy days. This recipe means I now have 3 more batches of French Onion Soup in my freezer to whip up Apricot Chicken in 20 mins! Kids loved it and the soup has great flavour.
