07.01.2022 Motivation Monday The start of a brand new week. I get it sometimes it hard. You go to the gym, you see other people do these miraculous things and it’s an instant reaction to think I couldn’t do that. I used to do the same thing and it sucked. But GUESS WHAT? You can. Make it a goal. Change your thought process and start where you are. Use what you have and are capable of. When you do what you can, you will feel accomplished knowing you have everything you had for that... moment. Remember, be the best you for the moment. That’s all anyone could ever ask.
