This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves travelling each day to chat with a wide range of people across the ACT and surrounding region to... help them find solutions for their bathroom dreams. Bathroom industry knowledge coupled with a sales background will be highly regarded for this position as you will be servicing our existing client base of real estate agents, builders and homeowners. To fulfill the role of bathroom specialist and be an integral member of our team you will be: A warm and caring personality. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals. Working knowledge of the bathroom industry and construction techniques. A strong communicator and negotiator with a history of sales performance. Demonstrated record of using own initiative in providing exceptional customer service. Experience with CRM systems and ability to learn new processes (Simpro experience well regarded). Be well groomed and presented. Demonstrated time management skills. Current drivers licence. As a successful member of our team you will be rewarded with: $60k base salary + super, with monthly team bonuses for achieving sales targets. Included use of fully maintained company vehicle (manual) and phone. Your own spacious office in our Mitchell location with free parking. Monday to Friday (no weekends). Local training from ACT team (including video quotation techniques) and hands on introductory waterproofing, tiling and exclusive product training from our national office in Sydney. Small team closeness and flexibility backed by our national brand support and stability. Being on the road is a massive part of this role so you MUST be a safe driver with outstanding time management skills. We are now looking to welcome an experienced tiler to our team in a full-time permanent role carrying out all aspects of waterproofing and tiling in our clients homes. To be considered for this role you must:... - Be trustworthy, friendly and have great communication skills in chatting with our customers and our local quoting/office support the team. - Be self-motivated and prepared to work individually in our client's homes (police check, and working with vulnerable people card required). - Have your own tiling tools and reliable vehicle - Posses the skills to provide a high standard of waterproofing, tiling,silicone and grouting work. (Training on our unique products and application techniques will be provided). - Have great attention to detail and go the extra step to ensure client satisfaction by the required deadline. Preferred - Qualified/ highly experienced waterproofer and wall & floor tiler with experience in renovations (and dealing with the gremlins they uncover). - Ability to use job management apps. - Experience and ability to provide assistance to other team members. - Depth of knowledge and professionalism in dealing with repeat customers(builders, real estate agents, suppliers). Salary is negotiable for the right candidate between $90,000 to$110,000 p.a depending on skills, experience and qualifications.
