Went for a paddle out at Moffatt beach with my beautiful mate Monique and then we found these MCaw birds being trained by a lovely man who breeds them. What a cool bird. If you want one they begin at $3000!!! I want one Santa Claus pleeeeeese. So my brand new juicer has been used and abused a lot this week and my last juice I’m about to make is going to be Cucumber , mint, lemon and coconut water.. I’ve eaten so much green stuff this week I need a break.
