25.01.2022 Hi Douglas Dugong You know, most of us Dugongs love to spend time in the Rous Channel between North Stradbroke Island and Moreton Island during the winter months because of the warmer ocean waters groups of my mates love to drift near the surface at the low tide in waters adjacent to the banks. I went to Straddie a bit later this year, didn’t want to leave Daisy and Dolly, the waters were still quite warm plus I was having fun with Aunty Delvene checking out places like Amity Point. See me in the photo. You can PM Meg if you’d like a print on canvas etc You don’t have to have me on your print I don’t mind

16.01.2022 Australian Wood Duck "Chenonetta jubata" and Ducklings. Like other waterbirds, the Australian Wood Duck hatches with a covering of waterproof down and can enter the water almost straight away. The Australian Wood Duck is widespread in Australia, including Tasmania.

12.01.2022 Last Tuesday Night - on the 8th September 2020, ShapeShifter were invited by Angela Toohey to play a FINAL SPOT at Grilld West End for our friends and Grilld...s owners Dave & Colin. What a wonderful night it was, even though it was bittersweet.. ShapeShifter and the crowd had SO MUCH FUN.. It was great to hear you all singing along with us... ShapeShifter are so very thankful to all our friends who came out to share the night. Steve, Janet, Lisa, Toni, Ilka, Ann, Connie, Trish, Patricia, Lee, Sandi, Jani, Bernie, Neville and Aislinn. We were so amazed to see you all and to catch up after such a long time. Thanks to the other wonderful musos who played on the night - Chandler and John Lindsay and their family and friends as well. Extra thanks to Dave, Colin (owners of Grilld West End) and the amazing Angela Toohey for so many years of continued support for "live original music".. Many thanks to Steve Wilkinson for most of these pics and for being our driver on the way home.
