25.01.2022 This beautiful gal was our last removal for 2020!! Shifted in 4 pieces from Sherwood to Goondiwindi. I had the pleasure of meeting the Owners of this old gal. Such lovely people. This house is amazing inside!! From hand basins in the bedrooms and walk in robes. I could go on and on. Such a beauty!! Can’t wait to see her when the Owners have completed the renovations. She arrived safely to her new home and is now joined together ready for restumping. The pics below are ...before she left for her long journey to Goondwindi. 23.01.2022 This old switchboard was shifted from the BP Oil Refinery to storage. Once the owner has approvals in place the switchboard will be shifted again to its final location. The Meier team had to cut it in two sections to shift it and then butt it back together at the storage yard. The shift was done over one night with Ralph Meier and his team offloading the first section and then going back and loading the second section. The last 3 pics show the building in the storage yard. Note how close the pieces have been offloaded next to each other. What experts!! The Owner was in awe of our Team!!

The week leading up to Christmas was a busy one for the Meier crew. We shifted a building in 5 sections from Ormeau State School to Haden in the Toowoomba region. 22.01.2022 Today sees the Meier Team in Marsden to commence raising this house. Steel beams are already installed. Now the jacking process starts. The boys are positioned in areas under the house and raise the house using 15t jacks. The house is jacked evenly until the required height is reached as marked out by the Surveyor. This project entailed shifting the Port of Brisbane Visitors Centre at Lytton to the Royal Yacht Club at Manly It was shifted back in 2014. Came across these pics today. The old R Model Mack in these pics has since retired. There will never be another like her!... (Already posted previously just a few different pics).

19.01.2022 No job or site is too difficult for our Meier boys. It takes years of experience to be able to off load this Sales Office. Shifted in two pieces from Palm Beach to Coolangatta. Now to tackle the restumping.

We are ensuring we follow the safety standards and hygiene We are currently working on a house in Corinda. This house has been raised, slid and beams installed. 17.01.2022 Team Meier have just completed this house reposition on site. The house was raised and slid in position as marked out by the Surveyor. Very important to get the position and height marked out as you will need the Form 16 from the Surveyor showing the set out. This form is required by your private certifier. 07.01.2022 Back in September we posted a building that we shifted from Spring Hill to Toowong. This was advertised in the newspaper recently. A bit of interesting reading!!!
