Whatever makes you happy, you should take time to immerse yourself In that and practice/perfect it. Challenge yourself. Especially on days when you’re not feeling yourself or you need to slow down and find balance in everyday life. It is SO Important to do something that is not repetitive or structured or restricted that just flows from a creative space.... For me my thing is hair... i find it therapeutic and satisfying and I love how unique and ever changing it is just like we are.
