09.01.2022 We loved showcasing local fare and wine for our long lunch yesterday and I would have to say that the award wining Magnum of Riesling from Cherry Tree Hill was a real showstopper and partnered so beautifully with our first courses of Pacific Oysters, Saffron and salmon roe mussels, Smoked trout with wasabi Mayo to get the party started. It’s not your typical sweet Riesling...it’s superbly dry and elegant...just the way we like it.
