24.01.2022 We will be open on Monday 2 November 2020. We will be closed for the Melbourne Cup Holiday on November 3.

23.01.2022 This weekend would normally be the Australian Plant Society - South Gippsland Group Leongatha flower show & plant sale weekend. While we're all glad we weren't picking flowers in Yesterday's rain, there are some spectacular flowers out this year. Here are some that would have been available - We do have all of these in the nursery presently.

20.01.2022 We will be closed on Wednesday 11 November so that Tree Culture can tidy up the trees on our driveway and around the retail area. Normal hours resume 9am Thursday 12 November.

19.01.2022 Yes, we do gift vouchers / gift cards. If you're not able to make it into the nursery, the easiest way to do this is via our online store! https://squareup.com/gift/JQ54AVAQRXPHZ/order

15.01.2022 We have some new additions to our front garden. These poppies are made from corrugated iron. They are being made by 1st Inverloch Scouts Venturer Unit. $55 each. 15.01.2022 If you're looking for something which won't get eaten, Mirbelia dilatata is one of our spikiest plants. We have them available in 7cm pots for $4 each. We are are open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.

14.01.2022 Kennedia beckxiana (Cape Arid Climber) has spectacular flowers at this time of year. The large red and yellow pea flowers stand out from a distance. Excellent climber in most well drained soils, drought tolerant when established. Available in 7cm ($5) or 14cm Pots ($9). We are open Monday to Saturday, 9am - 5pm.

14.01.2022 Interesting info from this weeks NGIV Tree & Shrub growers meeting - Black polypropylene pots and other things going through your recycle bin generally aren't recycled because the computers they use to sort the material can't see them! When you bring them back to us, if we can't re-use them, they go back to our pot supplier and are made into new pots!

07.01.2022 Normally the flapping of wings near my head means the Wattle birds have returned to the nursery to nest. This morning it was a pair of wood ducks!

02.01.2022 We will be open 9am - 5pm for the Public Holiday on Friday!

01.01.2022 Diplarena moraea was starting to flower at the Prom today. This native iris is also known as Butterfly flag. We have these available in 7cm ($4 each) and 14cm pots ($8 each). Suited to well drained soils in full sun. Excellent as a mass planting. We are presently open Monday - Saturday, 9am to 5pm
