19.01.2022 So just a little bit about me. I’ve just completed my Level 2 in Reiki & looking to use it to help others. I have had amazing success healing myself with a daily treatment. I damaged my shoulders whilst doing compressions on someone that had gone into cardiac arrest, then did more damage moving kegs around. I was unable to raise my arms but through my daily treatment, I can now lift both arms above my head with no pain. If you’d like more information send me a message. I was so impressed by the relief I received from giving myself an hour treatment everyday that I went back and completed second level. I always say don’t knock it till you try it. 10.01.2022 [17 March] Card for today.... Clear it out... Let it go... Let's treat ourselves and others with gentleness... However, let's also be proactive in clearing the ...negativity or stress we may find ourselves in. SYSTEM PURGING - clearing the toxic clutter. This card represents the clearing and purging of our system - energetic (chakras), as well as physical, emotional and mental. It's like when our car is covered in dirt and grime, and we're unable to see very clearly out of the windows to drive. So we take our car through the car wash to wash off that filth and then we can see where we are going again. This card is the tune up, the washing and the removal of clutter, toxicity and grime from our system - inside and out. Let's not allow the toxicity and negativity to build up right now, and if it has, let's proactively clean it. Our willingness to purge, wash and clear the toxicity brings about an opening and support from our soul. There is much LOVE, gentleness and support in taking our system through a purging. On a physical level we may support this purging by cleaning up, increasing our water intake, adding lemon to our water, being in the sun, standing in the wind, eating fresh and nourishing food, and being gentle with ourselves. This card comes up to remind us to purge, and that now may be an important time of clearing the clutter so we can continue forward in our life.
