15.01.2022 In the spirit of how can we make Melanies’ history of March being insane ....... the New!! Warragul Wellness Center is up and running !!! I have been lucky enou...gh to work with these people since coming out of Second lockdown last year when O was a bit crook. The wonderful Jacqui Barclay and the incredible group of therapists that work from the Center cover the most amazing array of Health Therapies. This progression of the Center has been Jacquis’ dream for a long time, and now they are taking on Yoga and Pilates and alllll the things I keep trying to remember !!!! 08.01.2022 This Wednesday is National Sorry Day - a day to remember and acknowledge the mistreatment of First Nations people who were forcibly removed from their families ...and communities. Today we know them as the Stolen Generations, and we pay tribute to their remarkable strength and resilience. We also reflect on how we can contribute to the healing process of our people and nation. And we demand change, because sorry means you don’t do it again. With more than 20,000 First Nations children in out-of-home care, the situation is worse now than it was 20 years ago. Our kids need culture. Our kids need community. And our kids need family So we can continue the transfer of knowledge and oral culture between generations. 01.01.2022 Have you always wanted to try a martial art ?? I can guarantee you can start now ! I have been with this amazing club since 2011, when I started with the kids.... Adonis Mazzarella is an incredibly patient Instuctor , and all the people that have been involved over the years have all made amazing contributions! Somehow, even with life and work commitments, my memory issues and occasional accident They have managed to get me up to my red belt grading. Come along and check us out, so much fun !!
