07.01.2022 WOMEN SUPPORTING ONE ANOTHER Recently I have been spending more time training with a friend and less training alone. I am usually happy to train alone and have the motivation to do so, but training with a friend is pushing me (and her) to a whole new level. Monday was heavy leg training in the gym and we pushed into the 8-9/10 exertion range for short periods during that session. ... Today was stair sprints at Merriweather. Today we both pushed close to 10/10 at the end, which we would never have done alone. There is a lot of power in getting together with others and pushing yourself just that little bit harder. Finding your own personal 7/10 and get the most out of your body at your own level.
