Usui felt these poems had deep meanings that could be helpful to reflect upon. I feel it apt to share the following one with you. Maybe you'd like to take some time to consider what it is you need to work on letting go of this autumn.

14.01.2022 When I reflect on this quote I think about the Reiki principle of 'be kind' small deeds can go a long way. Whether that be small acts of kindness to ourselves or to another. When I apply this quote to the Reiki principle of "Do what you're meant to do" it is about taking things a step at a time. Sometimes a goal can seem too big and overwhelming. Yet if it is approached by a small step at a time what felt impossible may become possible. Maybe consider what small deeds you can undertake.
