25.01.2022 Even your physio can have broken bits. I have had several shoulder reconstructions - I work hard every day but needed guidance. Yes, I am qualified and have worked in gyms, qualified in exercise physiology and physiotherapy- but sometimes we all need a mate, a friend, a guide, or or a teacher to push us further- and a reminder that we need to have time out of work to focus on exercise and mental health.
