11.01.2022 ## STOP PRESS ## Ok guys the RBA has dropped the cash rate to an all time low.. BUT THE 0.10% RBA cash rate does not reflect what your rate should look like... The banks are all passing on rate cuts to fixed rates... one is at 1.99% for 4 years... What does that mean..... basically for the next 4 years rates are predicted to stay low...
