25.01.2022 It may be a dull day but the balcony view at this Sapphire unit is lovely no matter the weather and the ocean around Split Solitary Island is serene and glassy this morning. I’m at 83/94 Solitary Islands Way, Sapphire Beach if you want to pop in.

23.01.2022 Well it's business as UNusual at UNRealestate a few signs up today in all the madness

23.01.2022 New Listing by Melissa Siri 4 Hart Close, Coffs Harbour Located in a small enclave of just four homes, adjacent to a fabulous family park, this property is wait...ing for its first resident to move in and enjoy. With luxe kitchen features like stone benchtops and a striking splashback, and other bonuses like a deep oval bathtub perfect for soaking in, the property has all the boxes ticked when it comes to common checklist features. Yes, there's a great floor plan with two separate living zones, yes, the master has an ensuite and walk-in robe, yes, the house is level with contemporary styling and there's also an L-shaped yard for pets and kids (or perhaps a veggie patch). With enough style to add design interest but with scope to add your own flair, the property really is a blank canvas ready to furnish. What a luxury to move into a new home without renting and waiting on build times or what a great launching pad for your first investment property. Located approximately 4kms from Coffs Harbour CBD, the property is sure to appeal to families, investors and retirees looking to relax in style. Ready to view now, check out our 3D link and call Melissa Siri to arrange an inspection on: 0428 876 060. 3D TOUR: https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=fDr9Tb5jrrU

22.01.2022 It was a chilly morning but Adele was wearing a warm smile (and the right colour) to celebrate the sale of her beautiful home today. Congratulations to a truly lovely lady!

19.01.2022 Just getting the message out there

19.01.2022 A great way to finish a Friday!

18.01.2022 Day 2 of office chair wars, I get out of it and come back repeatedly to a hostile takeover! Nutty you will not win! Anyone else having unusual (or funny) working from home issues?

17.01.2022 If being at home more has made you realise your property could do with a little TLC, now could be the opportunity! If you had the chance, what would you update or renovate???? (And if you're in the middle of a project, please share! Pics below of my hubby Pete's painting skills earlier this year. He's working through the house, the bathroom starts next week and no, it won't be purple (Antique White USA).

Call in and visit he t...eam at some of our great homes today. Just remember social distancing and sanitising prior to entry and remember what our mothers told us when we were young, we look with our eyes not our hands. See more

16.01.2022 When your favourite flowers magically appear in a vase in your home office. World’s most supportive husband Peter Siri.

16.01.2022 There's been a lot of talk the past week or so about agents doing 'virtual tours' but I'm sure I'd give everyone motion sickness if I was to do a hand-held walk through on my iphone. (There have been comments before about my lack of videoing skills). Something Unrealestate has had for some time as a standard feature for properties is our 3D walk through, where the prospective buyer is the 'driver' able to look at things that interest them. Along with the web page we do for each property, it can be sent to prospective buyers as a text message or an email, piquing their attention and/or perhaps giving a family member confidence to jump on a plane to come and inspect in person. Even if you're not buying or selling, it's pretty cool, check it out:

11.01.2022 First full day of working remotely for many years. No toddlers asking for biscuits while I'm on the phone like my old writing days, just pets pleading for snacks. GOOD THINGS: Access to work database and other programs; an agent's phone and car is the office; tranquil views; hubby making coffee (thank you Pete!) Denise Heycox and Sarah Jane being champions at the office; being able to wear bunny slippers; not having to pack lunch. CHALLENGES SO FAR: Not having to pack lunch...my pantry needs a padlock.

09.01.2022 Well although it’s no time for complacency, it looks like we can run open houses again as of this weekend. Just remember, firstly, don’t come to an open or ins...pection if you are feeling ill in anyway, and follow the instructions of the agent running the open. Please use hand sanitizer which will be available before entry and when leaving, follow social distancing protocols and do not touch anything inside the house whilst inspecting. Together we can flatten the curve whilst still finding new homes to live in. See more

08.01.2022 Fabulous home! Be quick for this one.

08.01.2022 So after a slow start to the Autumn Market due to Covid 19, things appear to be starting to return to a bit or normality. Which is in no small part due to the o...utstanding team efforts of Melissa Siri, Kim McGinty, Alison Williams, Sarah Jane, Karen DeFelice, and Denise Heycox. Couldn’t do it without these wonderful women. See more

07.01.2022 New Listing 14 Moseley Drive, Boambee East Open Home this Saturday the 13th June from 10.30-11.15am... Located in a leafy street, with a beautiful mountain outlook at the rear, this family home is generous in both size and style. First time offered on the market, the home has significant street presence and a floor plan which allows flexibility for large families, extended families or those with teens in the house. The entry and double garage are at street level and the interior has instant appeal, with a large formal living room with gleaming timber floorboards and a timber shelf for books, candles and perhaps the ideal spot for your speaker system. Step up from here into the central, square kitchen, with its groovy chalk board wall, long kitchen island bench and lovely, sunny aspect beyond the family/dining room to the mountains beyond. The kitchen has a Bosch Dishwasher which is only six months old, a Westinghouse gas cooktop and Westinghouse wall oven with separate grill. Perfectly situated between the two living rooms, you can whip up something simple and sit at the island bench, create a gourmet feast, or put on some popcorn for movie night. Both living rooms will accommodate comfy sofas and there's plenty of room off the kitchen for your dining table as well. One of the most tranquil places to enjoy Sunday brunch with friends is out on the covered entertaining deck, which is drenched with sunlight much of the day and has lovely area and mountain views. Between the deck and living zones you could easily host a party or a family Christmas get together and have plenty of space to work with. The top, entry level floor, also has two good-sized bedrooms, a BIG family bathroom and the newly re-painted master with ensuite. Downstairs is ideal for extended families looking for some privacy under the one roof, or perhaps the teenagers of the house, as there are two bedrooms, a sitting area and another shower and toilet. The family laundry is also on this floor. Outside, there's an alfresco sitting zone and a lovely, established garden with hints of colour thanks to plantings like Crotons and Strelitzia. The passionfruit vine along the fence is also impressive! On one side of the home there's also a door to under the house, and this is where the NBN box and hot water service are located. There's easy access to your plumbing from here and great storage/workshop potential. In terms of convenience this street is hard to beat, there's public transport on Linden Avenue at one end and Lady Belmore Drive at the other, the Boambee Central IGA is approximately 650 metres away and Toormina High School is approx. 900 metres away, while Sawtell Beach is approx. 5kms away. Large family homes in this area are often highly sought-after, check out our 3D walk through, Open House time or phone Melissa Siri for a private inspection on: 0428 876 060. 06.01.2022 SOLD AND LISTED By Melissa Siri! 26 Lyon Street, Repton Located east of the highway, under 5kms (approx.) to the beach, this property is ideal for those seeking... a tranquil sanctuary conveniently close to the coast. Enjoy the best of both worlds and go for a stroll along Tuckers Rock Beach, or head down to the Bellinger River and nearby North Beach with your towel and sunscreen - perhaps grab a coffee at the Mylestom Post Office Café on the way home (also approximately 5kms away). While there is a great park opposite the cafe, if you've dreamed of owning a property where the kids have room to run or play a game of cricket at home - then this could be your idea of heaven. There's even a cubby house waiting for them! Beautifully crafted from quality timbers, this property offers a chance to buy a unique and individual home in a rural residential area. Surrounded by tiered and usable cleared land, perfect for the kids' swing set or trampoline, pets or your veggie patch, the home is surrounded by lush vegetation affording privacy - with the dual advantage of attracting local birds like kookaburras and even bower birds. The balance between cleared space and bush also means that gardening is kept to a minimum, offering more time to barbecue with a glass of wine on the entertaining deck - or perhaps join the kids for that game of cricket. Why should this lifestyle be something only on offer in holiday periods - when some city dwellers can now work remotely and commute by air when necessary? When you do need to leave home (you'll find it tough, I assure you) a gravel driveway leads to ample under house parking for three cars plus there's two additional open bays; one adjacent to the house and another further up the driveway, perhaps for your trailer. Inside the home has immediate 'wow' factor, with extensive use of slate, stone and timber inside the entry and a door through to a good-sized room which has previously been used as a bar. With beams from the old Bellingen bridge, this character-filled space offers great flexibility with the floor plan. (It has been mentioned that this could be an ideal cool room, I'm no sommelier but there's no doubt the idea has merit). The next tier of the split-level home features two of the bedrooms, the main bathroom and separate WC. Both bedrooms are a great size, have wonderful creative touches and practical built-in robes with excellent storage. One bedroom even has an external staircase and hardwood timber deck, an option for those working from home who want a separate entrance for clients. The main bathroom has a deep corner bath ideal for soaking in with a book, or perhaps a glass of champagne while enjoying the tranquil bush view surroundings outside. The next floor is not only the hub of the home it's jaw-droppingly beautiful, with soaring ceilings with clerestory windows, French doors to the entertaining deck and an open plan living, dining and kitchen space which really suits contemporary living. The living room has a Blaze wood fire with full height flue, while the dining area leads out to a hardwood deck covered by a water-resistant shade sail. A striking green wall in the kitchen offers a splash of colour which still complements the natural environment outside, with expansive bench space, timber bar and updated appliances such as the Bosch pyrolytic oven,Omega range hood and gas cook top. Also on this floor is a separate multi-purpose indoor/outdoor space, at the moment it's set up as an artist's zone plus gym but you could easily throw down a few rugs and decorate as another living space. Upstairs, the parents of the home have been spoilt with a master retreat, featuring spacious bedroom/sitting area, ensuite and French doors out to another timber deck. Also tucked away off this room, with its own door, is an additional storage space in the roof void, which is currently being used as a home office! There's no doubt that much heart and soul went into the design and construction of this unique home, and it has been a much-loved property by the current owners for the 20 years they've been in residence. In terms of the location, Repton is a tranquil area nestled between the coast and the convenience of the highway, offering easy access to larger centres such as Sawtell and Coffs Harbour to the north and Urunga and Bellingen. (See approximate distances in kilometres to these areas in the details below). APPROXIMATE DISTANCES TO: Urunga: 12.7kms Bellingen: 17.7kms Mylestom: 5.5kms Tuckers Rock Beach: 4kms Coffs Harbour: 20.5kms Sawtell: 16.8kms URL: www.unre.com.au/lyo26 LAND SIZE: 8242sqm (Approx) RATES: $2,041.60pa (Approx) BUILT: 1994 We have obtained all information in this document from sources we believe to be reliable; however, we cannot guarantee its accuracy.
